HEI-Lab achieved the highest evaluation score as a Psychology research centre in Portugal

The HEI-Lab – Human Environment and Interactions Lab, based at the Faculty of Psychology of Universidade Lusófona, was recently evaluated by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) through a panel of international experts. Our Psychology research centre earned the top classification of "Excellent". This recognition highlights HEI-Lab’s scientific activity and its role within the national research landscape in Psychology.

Research at HEI-Lab spans the fields of Psychology, Information and Computing Sciences, and Media and Communications, aiming to deepen the understanding of human–environment interaction. This transdisciplinary approach has applications across sectors such as health, education, and the social sciences.

At HEI-Lab, you'll find a vibrant environment where you can further your knowledge. As part of the doctoral programme, HEI-Lab offers access to technological resources including eye-trackers, EEG, motion capture, and biofeedback systems, among others.

Este reconhecimento destaca a atividade científica do HEI-Lab e o seu papel no panorama nacional da investigação em Psicologia.

A investigação desenvolvida no HEI-Lab integra as áreas da Psicologia, Ciências de Informação e Computação, e Media e Comunicações, com o objetivo de aprofundar o conhecimento sobre a interação entre humanos e o ambiente.
