PRotoTYPe: Preventing School-Based Bullying by Creating Early Prevention Programme

The focus of the project is to: emphasize the issue of bullying caused by school staff towards students and by students towards the school staff, which we call as ‘school based bullying. The main objectives of the project are as follows: *To reduce the incidence of bullying at schools and among students, teachers and school staff owing to the implementation of the project Prototype. * With this project, the professional qualities of the teachers will be increased, *The problem of peer bullying and violence will decrease and the problem of early school leaving and absenteeism will definitely fade away. * Teachers will find the most appropriate ways to communicate both victims and bully students and they could exchange good practices and techniques with other partners. The way the problem is handled and the project outcomes within this project are completetly innovative.
