Tiago Oliveira Paiva completed his PhD in the Doctoral Program of Experimental Neuroscience on October 14, 2020, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto. He earned a Master's degree in Psychology on November 30, 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences in 2010, both from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Porto. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona do Porto. Paiva has published 24 articles in journals, contributed to one book section, organized four events, participated in 13 events, co-supervised three Master's theses, and co-supervised two undergraduate final projects. He has received three awards and honors. Paiva has been actively involved in research projects, serving as a PhD Student Fellow in one project, Principal Investigator in two projects, Research Fellow in one project, and Researcher in three projects. His work spans several fields, including Medical and Health Sciences with a focus on Basic Medicine and emphasis on Neurosciences; Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology; and Exact Sciences with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences.
