Noticia Projeto Escolas – Workshop 2 – Aveiro

The second workshop of the Delli Metasystem for Education Innovation applied research project was carried out in the school of Aveiro – José Estevão – Starting from the diagnostic contrast analysis resulting from the previous workshop, we delved deeply into the pedagogical practices and the teaching-learning model as a lever of innovation in education in the high school context.

This applied research project from HEI-LAV CIEC – center for knowledge transfer focused on innovation in education and citizenship / ULHT  aims to validate the methodology, models, processes and tools for future dissemination.

Excellent contribution of the group of co-creation; students, teachers, directors, managers, politicians and business community. Field research team: Américo Mateus and Susana Leonor (HEI-LAB) and Lucas Costa Pena; Rita Costa and Luiana Cardoso (DELLI Master students).

Prize BPI Seniores 2018

In collaboration with Centro Social Paroquial do Campo Grande, we won the second prize of BPI Seniores (https://www.bancobpi.pt/responsabilidade-social/solidariedade/premio-bpi-seniores) for the project ‘Combater a demência com Realidade Virtual’, with a value of 32.000€.

Degree in Psychology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2008), concluded her Master’s Integrated in Psychology (in the area of ​​Clinical and Health Psychology) in 2011, by the University of Minho. Between 2009 and 2019, she was a researcher at the Psychology Research Center (CIPsi) from the same university, where she completed her PhD in Applied Psychology (in the area of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy; 2011-2017), having developed work in the field of therapeutic relationship, participated in several research projects and was the author and co-author of various scientific publications in national and international magazines and books international standards. Participates frequently in scientific training and meetings in the area, in Portugal and abroad, in which she has been making several oral communications and in Poster. She is an effective member of the Portuguese Psychologists Order and, between 2017 and 2020,
accumulated functions as a psychologist at the Psychology Association of the University of Minho. Currently Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona do Porto and accumulates clinical practice regular at the Psychology Service of this university (SPULP), as well as in a private context, where she has been working since 2019. Her scope of activity is, fundamentally, the emotional disturbances (of mood and / or anxiety), with children, young people and / or adults.

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sport of the Lusófona University of Porto, she teaches the curricular units of Social Psychology, Group Psychology, Adult and Elderly Developmental Psychology and Gerontology. At the same time, she performs technical direction functions in a Social Support Institution. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Minho, with a pre-specialization in Clinical and Health Psychology, and at the same university she obtained a doctorate in Social Psychology.
Her main research interests have been positive human functioning throughout the life cycle.

Rita Pasion

Master’s degree in Psychology (Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto) and is a certified member of the Portuguese Psychological Association. Since 2014 she has been developing her work at the Laboratory of Neuropsychophysiology using neuroscience to study the etiological pathways of internalizing and externalizing psychopathology (e.g., anxiety, depression, antisocial behavior, psychopathy) . She is currently involved in 2 research projects inserted in the ¿Research Domain Criteria” initiative promoted by the National Institute of Mental Health (USA) that aim to search for basic mechanisms of psychopathology and identify biomarkers that may be useful to conceive empirically-informed classification diagnosis systems and interventions. Her research work has resulted in a considerable amount of scientific production with about 35 publications (11 of them as first author) in top-level international journals, such as Social Neuroscience, Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews, Psychophysiology, Psychological Assessment, Behavioral and Brain Sciences, Cognitive Affective & Behavioral Neuroscience, Neurobiology of Aging, and Personality and Individual Differences. She has recently received 2 awards: one in 2018 for fostering open science practices (Open Science Framework, USA) and other in 2019 for her contribution as a junior researcher to psychology and behavioral science (ISPA, PT).
