Marisa Filipe is a specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology and Neuropsychology. She received a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and a Ph.D. degree in Psychology at the University of Porto. Her academic and professional interests have been focused on the understanding of language and executive functions in both typically developing children and clinical populations (e.g., autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). She has published several articles in international journals including Frontiers, Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, Reading and Writing, and Speech Communication. She was part of the team of 4 projects funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Marisa has extensive clinical experience working with children and adolescents
